As the OpenGnothia open-source project, we act as the data controller with respect to personal data processed through our website.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Ensuring website functionality (language preference)
• Analyzing website usage statistics (Vercel Analytics)
• Improving website security and performance

3. Personal Data Collected and Collection Method

Data collected through automated means:

• Device and browser information (type, operating system, version)
• Geographic location (city/country level — IP addresses are not stored)
• Page views and navigation data
• Language preference (via cookie)

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Collected data is shared only with the analytics service provider Vercel Inc. (USA). Vercel processes data in anonymized and aggregated form.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Your personal data is processed based on the "legitimate interest" legal basis under KVKK Article 5/2-f and upon your cookie consent.

6. Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information about processing if your data has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
• To request rectification if personal data is incomplete or inaccurate
• To request deletion or destruction of personal data under KVKK Article 7
• To lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board
